Our return policy allows for products purchased directly from the www.connectinternationalone-global.com (the “site”) to be returned for a refund of the purchase price actually paid, minus any return shipping costs or restocking fee which you owe under this policy. The return period is 30-days, which means you have 30-days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that refurbished products, certain discounted items, or sale items may not be eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
