Breaking the Conventional Limits of Compact Chargers

An ultra-compact size that defies expectations for a 65W high-output fast charger.
It fits comfortably in one hand and can be easily stored in a gadget pouch or even a small pocket of your bag.
The foldable plug design ensures safe portability, prevents obstruction with other plugs when inserted, and keeps your outlet area neat and tidy.
It is also ideal for office use, keeping your workspace uncluttered.

Wide Charging Compatibility From Laptops to iPhones

Utilizing GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology, this charger achieves extreme miniaturization while suppressing heat generation.
With a maximum output of 65W, it supports charging for not only MacBook Pro but also a wide range of PD-compatible Windows laptops.
From smartphones to laptops, it covers a broad spectrum of devices eliminating the need to carry multiple chargers for different devices.

NovaSafety 2.0 Advanced Safety Protection

Continuously monitors the internal temperature and automatically manages power and thermal control under heavy load or high-temperature conditions.
Additionally, it incorporates technology that suppresses the instantaneous interruptionthat often occurs in conventional fast chargers when connecting devices.
This enables smoother and more stable charging for smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

Enhanced Exterior Design and Functionality

Designed with long-term use in mind, the surface features a scratch-resistant matte texture inspired by DSLR camera bodies, keeping it beautiful over time.
The plug side adopts a full flat design that fits snugly into wall outlets, improving stability when inserted.

With both functionality and refinement, it delivers a sophisticated, stylish design that provides a satisfying sense of ownership.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can this be used with laptops that support 65W output?

A: Yes, it can. After approximately 20–30 minutes of charging, the internal temperature management system automatically adjusts output to around 55W, in accordance with internal thermal conditions.
This is an intentional design choice to prevent component degradation caused by heat buildup and contributes to maintaining long-term performance.
Because most laptops and smartphones reduce power demand as charging progresses, users will rarely notice any slowdown in charging speed.
However, in special cases such as industrial equipment or electronic load testing where continuous high output is required, the built-in protection system may reduce output accordingly.

Q: Why does the output decrease after initially providing 65W?

A: Devices like laptops and smartphones require higher power during the initial charging phase.
Therefore, this product delivers about 65W at the start, then gradually lowers the output as the devices power demand stabilizes, while simultaneously managing internal temperature.
This design ensures consistent performance while preserving the longevity of internal components.

When using devices that constantly require 65W output, we recommend using 【NovaPort SOLOⅡ 100W】 instead of this product.

Q: Is it true that the output may stop during charging?

A: Under normal use with laptops or smartphones, the output will not stop unexpectedly.
However, when used with electronic load testers or similar equipment that continuously draws maximum output for extended periods, the internal safety mechanism may temporarily cut output to protect the device from overheating.
This is a built-in safeguard to prioritize product safety over continuous high-load operation.

Q: Will this charger be damaged by high temperatures?

A: No. The product uses an advanced chipset containing two GaN power MOSFETs, which suppress heat generation (NovaEngine) and maintain stable operation even under high temperatures.
Additionally, NovaSafety 2.0 continuously monitors internal temperature and adjusts power output, preventing excessive heat buildup or component deterioration.
All materials and components are carefully selected with stability and longevity prioritized over cost.

Note:
• Maximum output charging is not guaranteed for all devices.
• Please confirm directly with the manufacturer whether your device supports the listed outputs and PD charging through its USB-C port.
• Even for PD-compatible devices, charging may not work for a small number of models due to compatibility reasons.
• If you are unsure whether your device is supported, please contact CIO Support.

Precautions

• Maximum output charging is not guaranteed for all devices.
• PD charging requirements (voltage/power) vary by manufacturer; please contact your PC manufacturer for details.
• If PC charging is unstable when using multiple ports, use a single port.
• For PD or QC charging, use PD/QC-compatible devices and cables.
• The charger may become warm during high-output charging; this is normal and will cool down as charging nears completion.
• Unplug the charger from the outlet when not in use for extended periods.
